Shipping policy

Please note that processing time is 1-5 business days excluding holidays , delivery can take an additional 1-7 business days excluding holidays.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email that will notify you about your order status and will include your items tracking information as well. Once the Tracking number is provided, customers are responsible for monitoring their parcel. 

Sometimes parcels are marked as “Delivered” before they actually arrive. Delivery may also be delayed if the courier needs additional information. We recommend checking with family members, neighbors, or apartment management to ensure your parcel wasn’t received on your behalf or placed somewhere not immediately visible.

Cocoa Sky is not responsible for lost items. If your tracking number shows the package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you will need to follow up with the United States Postal Service or UPS.

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address will require the customer to pay the shipping fee again. We kindly ask that you double check your address before placing your order.
